Englander shall not be liable where products cannot be installed due to insufficient space or inaccurate measurements supplied by the customer.

11. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products passes to the customer once full payment has been received.

Risk of loss or damage passes upon successful delivery or customer collection.

12. Warranty

Selected products include manufacturer warranties.

Warranty terms differ depending on the product purchased.

Warranty coverage generally excludes:

Normal wear and tear
Misuse
Improper handling
Commercial use where not intended
Water damage
Fire
Accidents
Unauthorised repairs
Improper foundations or bed bases

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

As many products are manufactured, customised or hygienic in nature, not all purchases are eligible for return or exchange.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available under Singapore law.

14. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, vouchers and promotional campaigns:

cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be combined unless expressly stated;
may be withdrawn at any time;
remain subject to stock availability.
