When will my order be delivered?

Delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks. Our delivery team will confirm the delivery window once your order is placed. Your delivery time will be confirmed 2 day in advance.

Products are delivered by our Englander delivery team to ensure proper handling.

Do you offer old mattress disposal?

Yes—mattress removal is available in selected areas for an additional fee. Let us know at checkout or contact support to arrange it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and selected e-wallets. For bank transfer or corporate invoicing, please contact our sales team.

Can I track my order?

Once scheduled, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your delivery details. Our team will also reconfirm the 1-2 days before delivery.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons, mattresses are not eligible for returns once unboxed unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review our warranty and contact support if you need help.
