Delivery Services
Deliveries are made daily from Mondays to Saturdays, between 10am and 6pm. There are no deliveries on all Sundays and public holidays.
The delivery schedule is as follows: 10am to 1pm / 1pm to 4pm / 3pm to 6pm
Delivery Charges
For new purchase:
In most cases, delivery of mattress is free if it is within normal handling. Where delivery is beyond normal handling (such as requirement for crane service), delivery charges will be subject to case-by-case basis. Kindly contact us at 6100 6008 for quotation.
Delivery cancellation after confirmation:
In the event where a confirmed delivery is cancelled or postponed, a penalty of S$50 will be imposed.
Redelivery:
In the event where there is a no-show for a confirmed delivery, the mattress and/or accessories have to be redelivered, on a different day or timing, a redelivery surcharge of S$120 will be imposed.
Surcharge for Urgent Delivery:
For same-day urgent delivery, there is a surcharge of S$120 and is subject to our delivery availability.
Other Charges:
In the event where an existing Englander product is to be transported to another location upon delivery of new purchase, Englander will charge a transportation cost of S$120/set (set refers to one Englander mattress and/or one Englander bedframe/foundation). This cost does not include dismantling and assembly charges. Please see Disposal Services for these charges.
Charges without new purchase (for existing Englander customers only):
We provide shifting services for Englander mattress and bedframe/foundation from one location to another location. Englander will charge a transportation cost of S$240/set (set refers to one Englander mattress and/or one Englander bedframe/foundation). The cost does not include dismantling and assembly charges. Please see Disposal Services for these charges.
Disposal of waterbeds
We provide the disposal of waterbeds only if the water has been completely drained out prior to the delivery team’s arrival and is scheduled for the last delivery point. Disposal charges are at S$120/pc.
Technical Service Charges
Inspection of Englander mattress, bedframe/foundation or recliners/sofas within the first two years from date of purchase, with a proof of purchase, is Free. Thereafter a S$100 inspection fee (exclude replacement of parts) will be imposed from the third year onwards. Replacement of parts will be quoted separately.
